I spoke about library website UX, and provided some tips on making library websites easier to use. They made a video of my talk – here it is!

Thanks for these awesome presentations! I learned a lot about UX from these videos. Definitely am going to be thinking about navigation and other “usability” issues when working on websites in the future.
